This is the EXACT SAME BUMPER that I have shipped dozens of. These can also be used to easily create 3D models from, if you have 3D modeling software.
The entire bumper is setup to be cut from 7 gauge (.18") thick steel and the recovery points are 3/4" thick. There are no pressbrakes in my design, its all flat parts. The quantity of the parts is listed in the beginning of the file names you will receive. You will also receive a nested DXF of all files combined. Overall usage of 7 gauge material is about 20 sq ft and a small amount of 3/4" thick for the two recovery points.
If you want simple changes to the files I could probably figure out how to do that for a fee.
